Millrock Resources (TSX-V: MRO) Announces Oweegee Dome Geophysical Results, Is Flawlessly Executing Prospect Generator Model

Gerardo Del Real: This is Gerardo Del Reall with Resource Stock Digest. Joining me today is president and CEO of Millrock Resources (TSX-V: MRO)(OTC: MLRKF), Mr. Greg Beischer. Greg, thank you for joining me this morning.

Greg Beischer: I'm glad to be here again Gerardo.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, you've been very, very busy all of 2016, all of 2017 and we had a news release that updates us on the Golden Triangle district property in BC. You got some geophysical results that came back pretty positive. Can you share the details of that news Greg?

Greg Beischer: Yeah, sure. You know we're just moving every one of our projects forward a bit a time, getting them ready and more attractive to entice partners to start funding them. At Oweegee Dome, it's a porphyry copper-gold prospect that's located to the northeast of Stewart in the Golden Triangle; huge land position here where we've got all the favorable stratigraphy covered, a little bit of work done by prior operators from whom we purchased the claims. We took the opportunity to compile all that geophysical and geochemical work and then lay on top of it a type of airborne geophysical survey that we've had great success with previously. It's called Zed-TEM here in Canada, Z-TEM for us Americans. It's great at identifying conductive zones around porphyry copper deposits. It’s been shown to work very well for example, at Lone Star in Arizona and the Pebble deposit in Alaska. It's sort of a cutting edge technology, Millrock really believes in boot and hammer, tried and true methods but we're always right on top of new developments as well.

Also, completed a magnetic survey at the same time and of course that's great for differentiating different rock types below surface and we use some modern computing techniques to help process that data and image the rocks below the surface, well below. In fact, this is what was particularly exciting and instructable about this particular survey is we were able to image a magmatic intrusion surrounded by conductive zones in association with geochemical copper and pathfinder element anomalies, so it really just brought the picture together for the property for us. Compelling drill targets emerged and now we're really ready to get a partner, I think any porphyry copper explorer will take a look at what we've assembled here in terms of the property package and data and agree with us that it's compelling and that it's worth spending a little money on to see if there's a big prize there.

Gerardo Del Real: Absolutely, that sounds great Greg. I know you've very busy. I mentioned that earlier. I know you were down in Sonora meeting with your partner there, Centerra, who you just formed a strategic allegiance with. I also know that you've been receiving several, several requests for different properties in the portfolio. The share price has also picked up here in the last couple of weeks and the volume has increased. Can you share what the sentiment is like just in your travels Greg, what you're seeing and what you're hearing out there?

Greg Beischer: Yep, sure. It's starting to become quite exciting times Gerardo. I think we spoke immediately after the Cambridge House Investor Conference here in Vancouver along with the Cordilleran Roundup technical conference and a Metal Investor forum. Every investor that I ran into is enthusiastic and optimistic for the future and so am I. You can tell that junior companies are reinvigorated. They're able to raise money. They're looking for projects, which of course Millrock has because we were so aggressive in buying things up over the last couple of years.

Also, the bigger companies, you can tell that their budgets have been increased this year cause they're knocking on the door too. There's a variety of potential funding agreements from Millrock cooking in the background that I expect to probably come through soon. In the meantime, it seems like Millrock's share price had been range bound to sort of 42 to 48 cents Canadian area and we'd get a little bit of momentum but it seemed there was sellers that would push the price back down. I guess that's not surprising. If you think about it, our share price bottomed last spring at 16 cents so if a person were to sell at around 50 cents, that's a triple.

After all, investors are in this to make money and three times your money's pretty good – even if they're just taking their money off the table and holding shares for the future. I think that's intelligent investing. So that's maybe held our share price back a little bit but seems like that selling pressure has eased and all of a sudden we're gapped up to 58, 60 cents and maybe it's just investor sentiment, more people coming into the market. It could be that Millrock's starting to get more increased coverage from newsletter writers and the like, more prominent and so people are picking up on the story. I think we're really being recognized as a very prolific project generator that took some chances over the last couple years and it's now coming to fruition and we're gonna be an exceptionally busy exploration company in Alaska, BC and Sonora state, Mexico, a lot of drilling and every drill hole is our chance to hit the big one and truly reward our shareholders.

Gerardo Del Real: Definitely. Now, I know you were very opportunistic during this latest bear resource market that we had. You picked up some great projects at just dirt cheap prices and it's really exciting to see Millrock execute that project generator model the way that you have and I'm excited to see some of the new relationships and partnerships that are developed on the portfolio there. Hopefully, we have you back on soon. I know there's drilling at the Los Cuarentas project later on in the year that we can look forward to and of course, as I mentioned, I'm definitely looking forward to see you continue to farm out the perspective properties that you have in your portfolio. I also want to encourage everybody to to go millrockresources.com cause there's quite a few projects out there that are very, very, very prospective that I don't think are going to be on the market very long.

Greg, is there anything else that you'd like to add?

Greg Beischer: Yeah, there is Gerardo, I've been thinking that there's investors that purchased shares of Millrock and private placement financings in December of 2015 and again in May of 2016, the funding of which allowed us to pick up these projects that are rewarding us now. There was warrants tied to both those financings and some but not all of those warrants have been exercised. I'm thinking to myself well, if I'm one of those investors, I might want to consider exercising my warrants at this point. I could sell a little bit of stock to cover the warrant purchase but then I could hold the shares for a year, avoid some taxation and therefore set myself up for a good profit. Like I say, those that participated at 16 cents could sell their shares today for almost four times what they bought them at. Then the warrant, if they sold all that stock as well, could result in a triple – so really quite a substantial gain on a 16-cent investment.

Gerardo Del Real: Absolutely, agree 100% Greg. Let's keep our fingers crossed for a discovery this year. I know that it's been elusive but you definitely have the portfolio as I mentioned before and I think that we'll have a lot more attention on Millrock if we're able to pull that off later off in the year. In the meantime, I want to congratulate you for the way that you've been able to use this latest bear market. We're coming out of it now and you're executing brilliantly so just congratulations on that front.

Greg Beischer: Yeah, thanks so much Gerardo. It really feels good to be in this position. It's been a long – there was a long, five year struggle –but clearly we're coming out of it and we've got every chance in the world of making a great discovery.

Gerardo Del Real: Excellent. Well, we'll chat soon as developments occur with the portfolio. Thank you again for your time Greg. I look forward to it.

Greg Beischer: Yep, me too Gerardo. Take care.
