Shares in Golden Arrow Resources Corp. (CVE:GRG, OTCMKTS:GARWF) nudged higher as it issued its chairman's update, reminding investors it was delivering on two fronts - production and exploration.
The Chinchillas project (combining the firm's project with SSR Mining Inc's producing Pirquitas operation in Argentina) remains on track to go into full-scale commercial production before the end of this year, the company told investors.
Using SSR's processing plant for Chinchillas ore represents tremendous savings in capex and time to production, said Golden Arrow.
The integration of the two projects remains on budget, as most of the capex has already been paid.
Golden Arrow owns 25% of Puna Operations Inc venture while SRR has a 75% stake.
Elsewhere, Golden Arrow's exploration subsidiary, New Golden Explorations, has, after an extensive review of prospects, announced the acquisition of the Indiana Gold-Copper and the Atlantida Copper-Gold projects, which are capable of quickly defining and increasing their respective resources.
