Animas Resources Ltd., is a North American mineral resource company focused on acquisition and discovery of mineral deposits in the Americas. Our mission is to grow Animas Resources through discovery and acquisition of high quality mineral deposits and to build upon the historic gold resource base at Santa Gertrudis, Mexico, and maintain a pipeline of only the highest quality.

Animas re-consolidated the Santa Teresa District's Santa Gertrudis precious metal and related deposits and prospects into a 562 square kilometer land holding. The intrusive related distial and proximal skarn targets at El Tigre are the result of 2009 drill intercepts and the integration of geology, gravity and geochemical data. Mine for leach potential is being inventoried and the historic resources reviewed.

Animas has entered into an earn-in joint venture with Lex Resources for the Ariel concessions which are located approximately 44 kilometers east-southeast of the town of Nacozari, Sonora, Mexico. The Ariel alteration system is large and intense clay, sericite, and quartz. Additional mapping and sampling is required to fully evaluate the mineral potential. Animas plans on moving a field team to the project shortly to map and sample the prospect as a foundation to develop additional work or targets.

Animas also signed options to earn in a joint venture with Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. ("Nevada Sunrise") to option two gold properties in Nevada: the Golden Arrow and the Kinsley Mountain properties.

In addition, management and the company advisors will use their extensive knowledge of the premier prospects and properties available for acquisition and advancement in Mexico and elsewhere, targeting the best to build assets and revenues for Animas.
