Company Overview

Tarsis Resources is an early stage exploration company with active projects in both Canada and Mexico. The Company owns eight properties in the Yukon, Canada and one in Mexico. In 2009, during an early stage prospecting and exploration program, Tarsis discovered the Bonanza zone at the Prospector Mountain property, with high-grade gold, copper and silver assays. Management subsequently optioned the project to Silver Quest Resources (TSX.V: SQI) and Silver Quest will fund future exploration to earn an interest in the project.

Tarsis’ strategy is to advance high quality projects to the point where an optionee can be attracted to fund further exploration. This strategy enables the Company to expose its shareholders to the possibility of exploration success on a number of projects simultaneously while minimizing shareholder dilution. Prospector Mountain and one other project are currently under option to other Companies who are working to earn an interest in the respective projects.

The Company maintains a constant scan for undervalued projects or opportunities that can add to shareholder value, utilizing the skills of its technical team. During 2009, Tarsis evaluated numerous early stage projects and several advanced projects, reviewing the technical merits of each. Two projects were acquired from Strategic Metals (TSX.V: SMD), prospective for zinc and copper.

Management’s experience includes prospecting, exploration, project development, mine management and financing.
