Power Nickel

Power Nickel (TSX-V: PNPN) (OTC: CMETF) is a Canadian junior exploration company focusing on high-potential nickel, copper, gold, and other battery metal prospects in Canada and Chile.

The flagship NISK project is a high-grade nickel sulphide deposit located in the world-class mining jurisdiction of Quebec, Canada beside a major highway and Hydro-Quebec substation. With access to abundant low-carbon hydropower, shallow mineral depth and established infrastructure nearby, the NISK deposit is positioned to be one of the most low-cost and environmentally-friendly sources of high-grade nickel in the world.

Power Nickel is also 100% owner of five properties comprising over 50,000 acres strategically located in the prolific iron-oxide-copper-gold belt of northern Chile. It also owns a 3% NSR royalty interest on any future production from the Copaquire copper-molybdenum deposit, which was sold to a subsidiary of Teck Resources Inc. Under the terms of the sale agreement, Teck has the right to acquire one-third of the 3% NSR for $3 million at any time. The Copaquire property borders Teck's producing Quebrada Blanca copper mine in Chile's first region.
