Gold Bull Resources (TSX-V: GBRC)(OTC: GBRCF) CEO Cherie Leeden on Visible Gold from Two RC Holes at Flagship Sandman Gold Project in Nevada & Uplisting to US OTCQB Market

Gerardo Del Real: This is Gerardo Del Real with Resource Stock Digest. Joining me today is the CEO of Gold Bull Resources — Ms. Cherie Leeden. Cherie, how are you? It's been a bit since we chatted.

Cherie Leeden: Yeah. Doing very well. Good morning.

Gerardo Del Real: Hard at work, I imagine, getting traction towards those 5 million ounces that you promised us this year… 

Cherie Leeden: We're trying. We've been very busy… just completed our 3,000 meter drill program so we really hit the ground running.

Gerardo Del Real: Let's talk about it. I am no geologist but this morning's news seemed positive. Anytime that the headline reads…  

Gold Bull observes visible gold in RC drill chips from drill holes located outside the known resource at Sandman in Nevada… 

… again, I'm no geologist but I'd rather have visible gold than not, right?

Cherie Leeden: Yeah, me too! I probably can count on one hand the amount of times I have actually observed visible gold in RC chips in my career. So to see that in our first drill program at Sandman is very exciting.

Gerardo Del Real: And you're observing the visible gold in two separate holes, correct? And that's important. This isn't a one-off where you've got the one hole — and that'd be great in itself — but it's actually spread across two separate holes.

Cherie Leeden: That's correct. It appears that our North Hill resource extends to the south. And these targets were defined via a recent 3D IP geophysical survey; I think we spoke about that last time we spoke. 

We did these geophysics — which is basically like the x-ray — and that proved that there's a corridor linking our North Hill to our Silica Ridge resource. So we're really hoping that that mineralization keeps going. And these two holes from about 70 meters from the known resource certainly look like it does.

Gerardo Del Real: Excellent! And you're awaiting assays. I understand those are hopefully coming through mid-May, a couple of weeks from now.

Cherie Leeden: Exactly. They've been at the lab about a week so we're expecting them in a few weeks’ time.

Gerardo Del Real: Excellent. I have to ask — and I know that you can only say so much because of NDAs — but how are the M&A conversations that you discussed the last time you and I chatted… how are those coming along?

Cherie Leeden: Certainly advancing. We're in advanced discussions with a couple of different companies on a total of three assets. We’re under CA — so I can't give a lot away — but we'd be very happy with securing any one of those three gold assets. They're all located in Nevada. And the negotiations are ongoing and so is our due diligence.

Gerardo Del Real: It's perfect timing for the last bit of news, which you announced last Friday, which was the upgrade to the OTCQB from the OTC Pink Sheets with the symbol change to GBRCF. 

I imagine that the greater visibility would be welcomed if you're able to secure one of those assets and if these assays come back positive the way we expect them to be, right?

Cherie Leeden: Absolutely. We're getting a lot of our US investors telling us that they'd rather that we're on the QB… so we've listened to them… we've made that change. And we do intend to market our company a little heavier now in the USA. 

Our projects are all located in Nevada, and we've got great support from some of our major investors out of New York. So you can see more on that IR and PR front with a US focus moving forward.

Gerardo Del Real: Excellent. Looking forward to helping continue to tell this story, and I'm also looking forward to — I know we talked about it briefly — but visiting Sandman in Nevada. 

It's a project that, obviously, I think is very, very prospective. You already have a resource there. You've done this several times before. You have an incredible team. I would love to get out there and take a look firsthand.
