Alianza Minerals Extends High-Grade Silver Mineralization at 100%-Owned Yukon Project

Hybrid prospect generator Alianza Minerals (TSX-V: ANZ)(OTC: TARSF) — currently trading below C$0.10 per share — has released assays from the final two holes of its 2021 drill program at the West Fault target of its 100%-owned Haldane Silver Project, Yukon Territory, Canada.

Highlights include:

  • 81.4 grams per tonne (g/t) silver over 8 meters
  • 205 g/t silver over 5 meters

Drilling has successfully extended the West Fault mineralization by 50 metres along strike to the northeast, setting the stage for follow-up drilling to test for a continuance of mineralization along strike and downplunge.

Alianza CEO, Jason Weber — whom you’re about to hear more from — commented via press release

“In our two drilling campaigns over the past 12 months at Haldane, we have discovered and started to define high-grade silver-bearing veins within the West Fault complex. After the exceptional result from drilling late in 2020 in HLD20-19, our approach was to determine the orientation of high-grade shoots of vein mineralization through a grid pattern of 50-metre stepouts on strike and down dip. This approach was successful in extending mineralization to depth and identifying the likely orientation of high-grade silver mineralization. This drilling also indicates that the West Fault is a complex of structures and veining tends to be strongest in an upper structure (WF2) in the northeast and transitions to a lower structure (WF1) to the southwest. Although strong veining within the West Fault structure was seen in both HLD21-26 and HLD21-27, the overall width was slightly wider and the galena (and closely associated silver) content was lower in general which leads us to believe that the strongest, thickest and potentially highest-grade mineralization may lie along strike to the southwest and down plunge. We look forward to our next phase of work which will target this extension.”

Drilling to-date at the West Fault Complex — which is one of four high-priority silver-lead-zinc-bearing vein drill targets at Haldane — has mapped out a 650 meter zone of mineralization, characterized by two productive fault splays, that can be interpreted to extend to 1.1 km in length before merging with the 2.2-km-long Main Zone structure.

Additionally, as a very active hybrid prospect generator, Alianza has a number of precious and base metals projects underway in well-established mining jurisdictions in the US, Canada, and Peru.

That includes the Twin Canyon gold project in Colorado, which is in the drill permitting stage, and the Tim silver project in the Yukon, which is being advanced via a joint venture with Coeur Mining (NASDAQ: CDE).

Alianza is also seeking JV partners to advance its drill-ready Yanac copper prospect in Peru and its newly-permitted KRL gold prospect in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.

And not to be outdone, the Alianza team is also on-the-hunt for early-stage copper exploration projects in the western United States via an alliance with Cloudbreak Discovery PLC. That includes the recently acquired Klondike copper project in southwestern Colorado.

For speculators, Alianza Minerals offers exposure to exploration-stage gold-silver-copper via multiple company-funded and partner-funded projects — a hallmark of the hybrid prospect generator model.
