Banyan Gold

Banyan Gold Corp. (TSX-V: BYN)(OTC: BYAGF) is focused on advancing and de-risking its 7.0 million ounce (Table 1 below) AurMac Gold Project (the “AurMac Project”) in the Yukon, Canada’s newest and rapidly growing mining district.
The AurMac Project hosts structurally controlled, intrusion related gold mineralization. It is located in the Mayo Mining District of central Yukon, approximately 40 km north of the community of Mayo, Yukon, approximately 25 km to Victoria Gold Corp’s open-pit heap leach Eagle Gold mine and adjacent to the Keno Hill Silver District operated by Hecla Mining Company (previously Alexco Resource Corp.). The AurMac Project consists of 988 claims totaling approximately 173 km2 and contains three (3) Deposits: the Airstrip, Powerline and the Aurex Hill Zones. It benefits from exceptional infrastructure with the main Yukon highway just off the main access road, a 3-phase powerline, existing Yukon Energy Corp. switching power station and cell phone coverage.
On February 7, 2024, a new Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE” or “Mineral Resource”) was issued in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, Standards for Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) for the AurMac Property comprised of a total inferred mineral resource of 7,003,000 ounces of gold at 0.63 g/t Au on the road accessible AurMac Property (refer to News Release of February 7, 2024). A NI 43-101 Technical Report supporting the Mineral Resource Estimate was filed on SEDAR on March 18, 2024.
