Capella Minerals (TSX-V: CMIL)(OTC: CMILF) CEO Eric Roth on Multiple Gold & Copper Drill Programs & Assays Pending

Gerardo Del Real: This is Gerardo Del Real with Resource Stock Digest. Joining me today is the President and CEO of Capella Minerals (TSX-V: CMIL)(OTC: CMILF), Mr. Eric Roth.

Eric, we're overdue for a catch-up. I mentioned it off-air. How are you today, sir?

Eric Roth: Yeah, good, thanks, Gerardo. I hope all is good on your end as well.

Gerardo Del Real: All is well. Interesting times. Look, despite the volatility in the overall indices and the world in general, gold is still firmly above the $4,600 level, closer to 4,700 than 46. Silver is still right around the $72 level. And we're clearly, clearly in the early third, I think, of what I think is going to be an absolutely historic precious metals bull market.

You've positioned Capella well to execute on multiple drill programs, multiple shots on goal here for the rest of the year. So I thought it'd be great to have you on and talk about not just the recent release with the Base of Till sampling programs that you initiated, but some of the other catalysts that are going to materialize here in 2026.

Eric Roth: Yeah, thanks, Gerardo. And as you mentioned, yes, we've had a very busy first quarter for the year. So as you mentioned, we did complete a first pass diamond drill program at the Killerö East Project.

And for people who are familiar with the company, they'd remember that was the old Anglo American copper-gold Base of Till target that we had basically put together, and also done some work with, basically, some geophysics to really fine-tune the targets here. So we just completed that drill program, just literally about two weeks ago. We're currently waiting for results, and that was just a whisker under 2,000 meters of diamond drilling.

And then we announced, on the back of that, some further work in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt. Basically, this Base of Till drilling is really reconnaissance sampling, and it's on two brand-new gold targets that we've identified in that part of the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt. And they're basically located about 10 kilometers west of the Killerö East Project that we just drilled. And we should get results from that in May.

Now, basically, the 2,000 meters of diamond drilling, just to put it into the framework of where we've come from and where we're going, this was all funded through the Tümad joint venture, and that 2,000 meters is basically the first of an expected 12,000 meters of this year. So we've had a great start, but we have a lot more coming still.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, listen, I want to go back, and for those that may be new to the Capella story that are looking at this consolidation here in the equities as an opportunity to initiate positions, can you provide just a brief overview of the history of the company, how these projects all came together? And again, you mentioned what comes next, but just kind of tie it all in there.

Eric Roth: Yeah. So Gerardo, we got involved in Scandinavia just a few years ago, and the focus for us was really, or has been, Norway and Finland.

So the first cab off the rank in terms of the work here, so we got involved in Finland in about 2021. After that, we did some initial work, we pulled together a lot of data that we could get from public sources. Plus, we did our own geophysical surveys and things, and that led to these drill targets. We have five exploration permits in Finland. Now, the exploration permits, just to be clear, in Finland means they're drill permits, basically. So we can do anything on those five permit areas.

So as I mentioned, the first cab off the rank was of course Killerö East. That was the first one to be drilled. We have this Base of Till drilling on another two of those permits; they're called Seisunselka and Jolhikko. And the idea, basically, is that once we get the results, any anomalies can be followed up immediately with more core drilling, or diamond drilling. And then we have two other targets, which are also ready to go forward drilling, but we will probably do those in the summer here. So basically, some good work being done there in Finland.

And then in Norway, we have the Hessjøgruva. That's an advanced-stage copper cobalt zinc massive sulfide deposit. And the plan there is... That had about, I should say, about 12,000 meters of drilling done on it in the '70s. Like everything in Norway, it went quiet in the '80s when oil became the big thing. And now, we're ready to kick off drilling there in the summer here.

So basically, our focus over the last few years has been Finland, and also Norway. And for people who've been following the story, they would also see that we also just recently picked up an iron-oxide copper-gold project in Spain, which is called Solana. So that's a new addition to the portfolio, and one that we also look to be drilling later this year.

Gerardo Del Real: That's a whole heck of a lot of catalysts for a company with a market cap where, Eric?

Eric Roth: Yeah, so the market cap is pretty low, Gerardo. We're sitting at about $8 million CAD. So you're absolutely right. There's a lot of good stories there in a very small market cap, for sure.

Gerardo Del Real: Buy low, sell high, folks. That's the game. It doesn't get much lower than that when you have assays pending, drills turning, and a whole heck of a lot planned for the rest of 2026. Eric, let's do this more frequently. I appreciate you coming on. Thank you so, so much.

Eric Roth: And that's a great pleasure, Gerardo.

Gerardo Del Real: Cheers. Chat soon.
