GoldMining Inc. (TSX: GOLD)(NYSE: GLDG) CEO Alastair Still on Excellent 37 Meters of 2.26g/t Gold Within 163 Meters of 1.02g/t Gold at the São Jorge Project

Gerardo Del Real: This is Gerardo Del Real with Resource Stock Digest. Joining me today is the CEO of GoldMining Incorporated, Mr. Alastair Still. Alastair, it's great to have you back on. How are you?

Alastair Still: I'm doing very well. Thanks, Gerardo. Super happy to be on today with you as well.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, listen, you had some great news out of your project in Brazil, you hit 37 meters grading 2.26 grams per tonne gold. Importantly, that was within a mineralized corridor of 163 meters, grading 1.02 grams per tonne gold. Excellent numbers, especially for a first drill hole. You have to be happy about the start of the program.

Alastair Still: Absolutely. We're extremely pleased by the results. We certainly were expecting to hit strong mineralization, this is a largely a confirmatory hole into a known deposit, but we were targeting some new structural information, some new structural modeling, and we were helping to confirm that. And remember, this is a project that hasn't been drilled in more than a decade, so good to have some fresh information. We've got a lot of new information just from this very first drill hole, which as you said, had a very strong mineralization corridor, and within that some pretty high grade intercepts as well.

Gerardo Del Real: You talk about the objective being a multi-pronged drilling program. For those that aren't familiar with the project and in the approach this go around, can you speak to its history a bit and the approach moving forward as it relates to unlocking value via the drill bit?

Alastair Still: Yeah, absolutely. This is a project that has had some drilling in the past. It's in Pará state, which is in the Tapajós region of Brazil, a great jurisdiction to be in. We've seen our neighbors G-Mining advancing very impressively. The Tocantinzinho project are commissioning that to startup.

But more importantly, for our deposit, we have a good solid resource, but it's very much based around a good central infrastructure as well. We're less than three kilometers from the main paved highway. We've got a major power line accessible to us across the property, so with good infrastructure, a strong resource has us very excited, and that's really what we attempted to do with this drill program.

The three approaches are just confirm the continuity and the mineralization model in the center of the deposit. That's what we've announced now. We'll step out for the next two holes to the margins of the deposits, make sure we tighten up and confirm where the mineralization starts and ends, and then we're going to go a little more exploratory. We're stepping out probably close to a kilometer from known mineralization where we have no known drill holes. So that's an exciting part of the project yet to be announced.

Gerardo Del Real: A lot to like, a lot to look forward to. The second half is going to be a catalyst rich one. Anything else that you'd like to add?

Alastair Still: Absolutely, and certainly at São Jorge, we feel like we're confirming the quality of the deposit. We're extremely excited by the fact that this is a large regional project. It's close to 46-47,000 hectares in size, so it's a very big area. Lots of good potential on it. Has us excited and stay tuned for more drill results on it.

On top of that, our viewers or our followers we'll have seen we're continuing to make advancements on our uranium project, the Raya Project in the Athabasca Basin, and as we advance that project, stay tuned for some further news on that project throughout the summer as we advance it as well.

Gerardo Del Real: Well, I've said it in the past. I'll say it again. It's a unique approach that GoldMining Inc. and its founder and its management and board of directors takes. They are very, very good at unlocking value waiting for the trend to become your friend. They've done it in the gold space, they've done it in the uranium space, and I don't discount the possibility of Raya seeing some value unlocked here shortly as you just alluded to.

Alastair, always a pleasure looking forward to what the rest of the year holds and looking forward to having you back on soon.

Alastair Still: I look forward to being back on and providing some more exciting results from our São Jorge project in Brazil as well.

Gerardo Del Real: All right, cheers. Take care now.

Alastair Still: Have a good afternoon. Thanks.
