RSD Weekly Recap: K92 Mining (TSX-V: KNT), GoldMining Inc. (TSX: GOLD), Ethos Gold (TSX-V: ECC), Chakana Copper (TSX-V: PERU)
This is Gerardo Del Real with the Resource Stock Digest weekly recap.
Gold settled relatively flat, closing at $1,288/oz. last week for a weekly gain of $3.
Silver settled $15.57/oz. for a weekly loss of nine cents.
The dollar settled at 95.68 for a weekly loss of 0.5%.
Copper settled at $2.71/lb. for a weekly gain of 2.5%.
Platinum settled at $808/oz. for weekly loss of 1.5%.
Palladium settled at $1,304/oz., an all-time high.
Zinc settled at $1.14/lb.
Oil settled at $51.70/barrel for a weekly gain of approximately 7%
Uranium settled at $28.88/lb. I sense the uranium engine is revving up.
K92 Mining (TSX-V: KNT) Capital Markets Advisor Bryan Slusarchuk went over details of the robust PEA at the Kainantu gold mine.
Bryan just received the first ever Bizarro World award for Best IR person, although he is officially Capital Markets Advisor.
GoldMining Inc. (TSX: GOLD) Chairman Amir Adnani — who also does a heck of a job promoting and communicating the company message – explained why he thinks 2019 will be a great year in the gold space.
Ethos Gold (TSX-V: ECC) CEO Craig Roberts highlighted the strength of the Ethos team and plans for testing two exciting properties; one a gold project in Mexico and the second a vanadium project in BC that could turn out to be a company maker. Expect a big year from Ethos.
Chakana Copper (TSX-V: PERU) CEO David Kelley provided an update on exploration at the Soledad copper-gold-silver project in Peru. The second half of this year will be a critical one for Chakana as it tests previously untested areas that might be the most prospective on the property.
If you haven’t already done so I encourage you to subscribe and listen to the first episode of our new podcast Bizarro World with myself and Mr. Nick Hodge.
We handed out some awards (more awards to come in the next episode), went over the top buyout candidates, I shared a funny not funny kidnapping story, and we talked singing whales.
That’s all for this week. This is Gerardo Del Real with the Resource Stock Digest weekly recap.
