Standard Uranium (TSX-V: STND)(OTC: STTDF) is a Canadian junior uranium exploration company looking to make the next big discovery in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
The company’s flagship Davidson River Project is located in the heart of the Patterson Lake Uranium District in the southwest Athabasca Basin, an area ripe with potential for further uranium discoveries.
Standard Uranium’s mission is to generate exploration projects prime for making significant high-grade uranium discoveries in the Athabasca Basin region of Saskatchewan, Canada, the kind that substantially increase market caps.
The company is in a great jurisdiction and has a flagship project along with seven other projects it will look to joint venture in order to mitigate future dilution (only issue I have with the company is the number of shares outstanding but that’s mitigated by the minuscule market cap).
The company is looking to employ a hybrid project generator model similar to Skyharbour Resources, which has co-flagships and several partner companies on non-core assets that allow for discovery upside funded by partners.
Of the eight projects, five are currently available for a potential joint venture.
The company is led by an accomplished group that includes CEO and Chairman Jon Bey, who is a capital markets executive with over 15 years in the junior exploration industry with experience in uranium, gold, silver, lead, zinc, diamonds and oil and gas. Listen to him describe the company and its prospects in the video below.
Let's get it,
