Lithium Is the New Gasoline
Some are calling for the “next gold rush” to come sooner than imagined but unlike the yellow metal that traditionally pops into people’s heads, “white gold” is now in focus; I’m referring to lithium. To really understand the sheer size and scope of the potential at hand, you really must start with lithium itself. This metal has been credited with the ability to put out significant amounts of power while also holding a sizable charge as well.
Believe it or not interest in lithium stocks has been growing ever since Tesla announced the build-out of its Gigafactory and demand has been out-pacing the market supply for the material. The entire world is including this in nearly every portable device that needs an electronic charge and almost every automotive manufacturer has some sort of plan to debut new electric vehicles in the years to come.

Goldman Sachs released a report projecting that this industry could see more growth than any commodity. Furthermore, an “Emerging Theme Radar” research piece from the firm, asked, “What if I Told You...Lithium is the New Gasoline?”
