Tesla Getting Into Gold?
by Gerardo Del Real
Tesla is looking to get into the Bitcoin and gold game.
It recently changed its corporate charter to allow it to purchase not only Bitcoin, which apparently it has already purchased $1.5 billion worth of, but also physical bullion and some of the ETF products out there.
I think this is something that will continue to happen.
Last year, I told readers about an Ohio pension fund that rewrote its charter so that it was allowed to allocate some capital into this space. And I discussed it in the Bizarro World podcast this week.
I think this is the start of what's going to be a big, big trend.
These “everything-is-awesome” stocks in the major US indices... Sooner or later, someone will start getting nervous about having large allocations of capital for lower and lower returns.
And like everything, there will be capital rotation.
And when I look at what’s undervalued... and I look at sustainable trends... and I look at near-term, mid-term and long-term…
There's few sectors as undervalued as gold equities and resource equities.
And if you compare them to the major US indices... they are historically cheap and continue to be — and have been for the past year and a half or so.
That's the space I dabble in most. That's the space — outside of real estate — where I've made the few pennies that I have to rub together.
So, I'm talking my book.
But I can't say it enough times: get in the game everyone.
Get in the game… because these are very clear trends that are going to accelerate.
Let's get it!
