Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: KNG)(OTC: KNGRF) — currently trading around C$0.95 per share in a strong precious metals market — is building on encouraging high-grade drill results with new exploration initiatives aimed at expanding the mineralized footprint at its flagship, 100%-owned Las Coloradas silver-gold project in the Parral Mining District of Chihuahua, Mexico.
The company has contracted Geofisica TMC for project-wide drone magnetic and LiDAR surveys aimed at identifying additional high-grade structural intersections based on results from its ongoing diamond drilling program.
Key developments include:
- Full-property survey coverage spanning 8.8 sq km of prospective ground.
- Targeting high-grade structural intersections that have yielded drill intercepts of 10.5 meters at 200 grams per tonne silver equivalent (g/t AgEq) and 6.45 meters at 218 g/t AgEq.
- Expanded targeting at Soledad, Soledad II, and the Saddle target.
Importantly, the surveys are designed to help the KNG team trace the structural intersections associated with its strongest drill results to date into areas where overburden has historically made exploration more challenging.
Kingsmen Resources CEO Scott Emerson — whom you’ll hear from next in our exclusive interview — commented on the growing exploration opportunity at Las Coloradas via press release:
“Our diamond drilling is advancing on schedule with hole 22 underway. To date the best holes at Las Coloradas sit where two structural trends cross. Much of the project is under cover, and until now we've had limited ability to trace those intersections beneath it. These surveys will give us that view across the entire property, from the Mine zone to the Saddle target four kilometres to the west.”
Meanwhile, Kingsmen has a substantial backlog of assays awaiting results, setting the stage for more drill news in the weeks ahead.

That includes results from the never-before-drilled Saddle target, approximately 4 km west of the Mine Zone, which could provide important insights into the broader scale of the mineralized system.
Kingsmen is also preparing to drill Almoloya, its second consolidated precious metals project in the Parral district, in the new year.

With geophysical targeting advancing, assays pending, and Almoloya on deck, KNG — at a sub-C$35 million market cap — is entering a drill-driven, catalyst-rich stretch across its portfolio.
Up next, our own Gerardo Del Real of Junior Resource Monthly caught up with Kingsmen Resources CEO Scott Emerson to discuss the latest developments and next steps as the drills continue to turn in the Parral district. Please enjoy!
